🏀  Buongiorno Giuseppe ! Come state affrontando la transizione della B alla A2?

La Società ha adeguato tutte le aree dell’organigramma. Della struttura tecnica parlerá Coach Zanardi nella prossima intervista, oggi voglio evidenziare gli interventi e le aree di competenza dei nostri collaboratori.
Abbiamo un nuovo Responsabile Relazioni Esterne, l’Avv. Alessandro Stefana. É la persona di riferimento per i nostri Sponsor, che anche nella stagione in arrivo ci hanno manifestato il loro appoggio incondizionato.
Quest’anno avremo un Title Sponsor : RMB (la società si chiamerà RMB Brixia Basket, NDR) e dei Main Sponsor : BRIXIAMBIENTE, COMAL, GIOCHINFINITI, GRUPPO GATTI e VI.BI.
Altri sponsor storici ci hanno confermato la loro adesione al progetto. Per omaggiarli e presentarli più in dettaglio tutti, rimando alla presentazione della squadra, che si terrà presso il Ristorante Nuovo Nando di Brescia il 2 settembre.
La Società ha poi individuato in GIVOVA lo sponsor tecnico, che vestirà tutte le atlete tesserate, dirigenti e staff tecnico.
L’Area Relazioni Esterne si è completata con un Social Media Manager e Addetto Stampa (Giulia Kron Morelli) ed un Responsabile Sito WEB (Maria Di Giannantonio), per una comunicazione più organica.
A livello dirigenziale abbiamo inserito figure chiave in ogni squadra, dalla A2 alla U13, e completato le caselle che il campionato e la Lega richiedono: chi verrà a vedere le partite avrà modo di conoscerle.
Il campo da gioco sarà quel San Filippo che è diventato negli anni sempre più la nostra sede cittadina, e che ci identifica con la città ed un certo tipo di basket.

🏀  Oltre agli aspetti organizzativi, cosa vi aspettate dal campionato?

La squadra dovrà adeguarsi al livello della A2 ed essere competitiva prima possibile. Per questo sono state prese giocatrici organiche alla nostra maniera di vedere la pallacanestro: De Cristofaro viene da esperienze in vivai organizzati ed era team-leader a Giussano. Bonomi viene anch’essa da un grande vivaio, ha vinto 3 scudetti giovanili e partecipato ad Europei e Mondiali di categoria, Rainis ha vinto la B, si è affermata in A2 come play/guardia affidabile ed è ancora in crescita tecnica; Turmel ha fatto almeno 8 estati con le nazionali giovanili francesi ed è tuttora seguita dallo staff nazionale francese.
Tutte e quattro hanno capacità tecniche importanti e forti motivazioni personali per affermarsi e migliorarsi. Questo ci è piaciuto particolarmente perché non vengono per timbrare il cartellino. Delle altre si è detto molto negli anni passati, non mi soffermo. Abbiamo costruito un bel gruppo, esattamente quello che volevamo quando abbiamo pensato alla squadra di A2 …. Credo che ci divertiremo.

🏀  Quale sarà la formula del prossimo campionato di A2?

Le DOA indicano chiaramente un campionato di A2 composto da due gironi da 14 squadre, con play off, play out e retrocessione dirette delle ultime.
Si sono recentemente svelati anche i gironi. Brixia è stata inserita nel girone Sud Italia, insieme alla ripescata Bolzano. Decisione cervellotica, che aspettiamo ci sia confermata e spiegata in dettaglio durante le prossime riunioni di Lega. Nel frattempo stanno arrivando nuove linee guida dal Governo e dalla FIP per il pubblico e la ripresa dei vari campionati nazionali e giovanili. Stiamo monitorando l’evoluzione delle norme con molta attenzione.

🏀  Come vi relazionate con le altre realtà femminili del territorio bresciano?

Brixia ha instaurato quest’anno, con soddisfazione una bella partnership con Lions, che si concretizza nella scambio di atlete in doppio tesseramento od esclusiva e apre le giovanili Brixa alle ragazzine che escono dal minibasket Lions.
La collaborazione con altre realtà di zona, da noi sempre auspicata, non si è mai concretizzata. Sembra impossibile replicare nel bresciano esperienze di partnership sportiva che sono ormai diventate fondamentali per la crescita di un movimento cestistico femminile locale. Lo si fa a Bergamo e Milano, non a Brescia. E’ evidente che gli interessi delle società prevalgono su quelli delle ragazze, delle famiglie e quindi del movimento. Il risultato finale è l’esiguo numero delle squadre e l’abbandono sportivo delle ragazzine.
Parlando di territorio bresciano, mi permetta prima di tornare con il ricordo ai momenti bui di qualche mese fa, per rendere doveroso omaggio a quelli che non ci sono più, a chi ha pagato in prima persona e a chi ha combattuto in prima linea per arginare la pandemia.
Proprio per dare un piccolo segnale di supporto al nostro territorio, lanceremo a breve la campagna “Vieni in Palestra con Brixia”, rivolta a tutte le ragazzine, dal 2003 al 2010, che volessero allenarsi nelle strutture del San Filippo, sotto la guida tecnica degli allenatori e preparatori delle squadre élites del Brixia, con la partecipazione speciale delle atlete che compongono la squadra di serie A2.
“Vieni in palestra con Brixia” avrà la caratteristica di essere COMPLETAMENTE GRATUITA per le famiglie, comincerà il 20 agosto e durerà fino al 31 dicembre 2020. A breve pubblicizzeremo sui nostri canali social l’iniziativa, che siamo sicuri sarà accolta con favore dalle cestiste del nostro territorio.
